We got you. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Sofort and iDeal. Payment will be taken from your card as soon as the order has been placed. 

If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. 

If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us (info@neeka.nl) and we'll do as much as we can.

First of all, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it anyway, please contact us at info@neeka.nl

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.

If you have not received the email - first of all, please check the spam. If it's not there contact us at info@neeka.nl

We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Login to your account on Neeka.nl using your email address. Open list of orders placed by you and press "Request return" to the one you wish to send back.

Once we registered your return, we'll share the shipping label with you and your order is ready to be sent back to us!

Option 2: contact us at info@neeka.nl and we'll take care of things.

If taking care with love (nothing extreme we promise) - the pieces will stay looking their best. We suggest removing your jewelry during workouts, bathing, swimming, or when applying lotions and fragrances. Ideally, we recommend to store each piece separately (for example in Neeka pouches).
