How can I pay? +

We got you. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, iDeal and Klarna. Payment will be taken from your card as soon as the order has been placed. 

Can I cancel my order? +

If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. 

If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us (info@neeka.nl( and we'll do as much as we can.

Can I change my order once placed?  +

We work quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time to make the change.

However, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (info@neeka.nl), we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order? +

Once we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly. If you have any questions, please contact us info@neeka.nl

How do I take care of my Neeka pieces? +

To make sure that they last looking perfectly, we advise taking jewellery off while bathing, swimming, applying creams / lotions / perfumes. Show them some love - store them individually (ideally in its Neeka pouch) – and in a cool and dry place. 

What do I do if the piece I received is faulty? +

First of all, we are sorry this happened to you. We offer free returns on faulty goods if returned within 14 days of the initial order date. Please contact us for a return label: info@neeka.nl
